I Don’t Want To Be Famous – Etania

Media personality and deejay Etania has revealed that she doesn’t want to be famous or a celebrity. She said she is working hard to be herself and build her own name and not be like these other celebrities who just want to be known.

Etania became famous during Covid-19 lockdown after she was allowed to showcase her talent on NTV Uganda. She scoped another job opportunity of working on radio as a presenter.

At the moment, she is not only working in the media, she is also featuring in the first Ugandan reality television show featuring three other young famous ladies.

According to Etania, she is lucky that she has got all the opportunities she always dreamt about at a very young age.

She revealed that many young girls want to be like her and that is her next goal. The talented dancer also revealed that she is determined to build her own self and not be like other celebrities.

“I don’t want to be famous; I don’t want to be a celebrity. I want to be Etania and build my own self. For our generation, we want to be like these celebrities yet we can be ourselves. We are all unique in our ways and I think we need to embrace that,” she said.
