I Lost My Mind – Pallaso On Performing For The Kabaka

Musician Pallaso has come out to narrate his experience performing for the Kabaka. The singer says that he lost his mind in excitement.

It should be recalled that the Malamu singer got the opportunity to perform for Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi on his 68th birthday last week.

The Kabaka said that he enjoys the singer’s songs while exercising. It was for this reason that he instructed his nephew Omulangira Jjunju to invite him for a performance.

Pallaso indeed showed up and delivered a great performance. He however says that when Jjunju told me of the performance, he didn’t understand again.

Apparently, his mind got disorganized. That’s why he even showed up for the show in mismatched socks. It was a moment like no other in his life.

When he greeted the Kabaka and started performing, it was like he had been possessed by spirits. The self-styled sucker-free boss appreciated everyone who made this moment possible for him.

“I don’t know how to even explain that moment. It’s definitely my career highlight. After Prince Jjunju informing me that the Kabaka had chosen me to perform, I lost my understanding. All I knew was that I had to be there by 1pm in a Kanzu. Not even my mother got to know as she only saw me on TV performing. I even showed up in mismatched socks. When he greeted me, it’s like spirits possessed me. I want to thank everyone who made this moment possible for me,” said Pallaso.

The singer also requested the Kabaka to bless and grace his Love Fest concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval. This was during the concert launch.
