Singer Kapa Cat Unveils New Management

Kapa Cat Reportedly Quits Karma Ivan’s Management

Struggling singer Tumusiime Catherine better known by her stage name Kapa Cat has quit Karma Ivan’s management known as Untouchable Music Label. This music label is owned by two talent managers, Karma Ivan and Arafat.

They both started it after failing to work with the famous musicians Pallaso and Feffe Bussi they were managing.

Kapa Cat was the second musician to be signed on Karma Ivan’s management following Nince Henry.

The singer has been on to the Untouchable Music Label for only two months. She hasn’t achieved so much from it like she was expecting.

The reasons for her leaving hasn’t been revealed to the public. However, the news making rounds on social media indicate she has moved on.

In Uganda, different musicians have failed just because of the management that they get signed into. They most of the times sign contracts that they don’t understand which lead to their downfall.

An example is Irene Ntale who struggled to get back on her feet after leaving Swangz Avenue. Her YouTube and social media platforms were taken away from her which means she had to start from zero.

Up to now, she is not like the Irene Ntale who was signed. She rarely releases new songs even those that she tries to put out don’t trend like they should be.

It is not clear if Kapa Cat will now go back to her former management. Perhaps she is going to be independent and do things on her own.
