Maggie Kigozi Advises Men To Be Present Fathers Especially To Their Sons

Renowned businesswoman, farmer and entrepreneur Maggie Kigozi mother to famous singer Navio has advised men to be present fathers especially when it comes to their sons.

She said it is very important for a boy to get advice and guidance from their fathers more than their mothers.

According to her, mothers are usually seen as compassionate. A boy child needs a hard hand in nurturing them which women don’t usually have. It is just how they are created.

This entrepreneur lost her husband early when all the children were very young. She had both boys and girls and she had to stand strong and raise them to be better in the future.

From experience, Maggie Kigozi revealed that she always found it hard to raise the boys. She asked men who have an opportunity to be there for their sons.

She said if they can’t make it physically, they should at least do it emotionally. At the end of the day, it should be a man present for their sons telling them what is right and what is wrong.

“Boys benefit greatly from guidance and mentoring from their fathers. They shouldn’t solely depend on their mother’s nurturing. Mothers are often seen as more compassionate. As a father, if you’re not physically present, it’s crucial to provide emotional support for your children,” she said.
