MC Casmir Advices Fresh Graduates To Invest In Themselves, Not Relationships

TV presenter MC Casmir, has come out to give pieces of advice to Makerere’s fresh graduates. Adorned with a graduation cap in his throwback photo from six years ago, Cashmir advises graduates to prioritize self-investment over relationships.

Makerere University is having its graduation week which started on 29th January. This will go on until February 2nd, 2024.  Casmir’s words echo a sentiment often overlooked in the situation of post-graduation excitement and uncertainty.

“Dear Graduates this is me 6 years ago. My advice to you is to Invest in yourself Not Relationships. Live your life responsibly because Adult problems Hit So Hard. And lastly, Learn from our Mistakes to make better life decisions. Good luck.”

Furthermore, Casmir highlighted the importance of living life responsibly. He cautioned that adult responsibilities can hit hard.

As graduates transition into the next phase of their lives, they encounter several challenges and responsibilities previously uncharted.
