The President of Uganda Yoweri Kaguta Museveni recently suspended all public gatherings such as concerts etc and many musicians were highly affected by the decision. Most of them are indeed very stuck in the process of releasing more music.
Artistes especially the upcoming are still stuck home doing absolutely nothing which might probably affect their careers unlike some artistes who are already equipped with studios. Therefore there are very few musicians who own studios at their homes, and apparently, they are busy producing music as if they are not in a crisis.
Among them include Jose Chameleone who has a studio located in a garage at his house in Seguku and allows all members of this crew to record music from there, Maro also runs his Vocal Police studio at his home in Nsambya and always spends time recording new music, Ykee Benda operates his studio Mpaka Records located at his home and welcomes many musicians, A Pass does most of his music at home and can even miss food or outings while sitting in his studio thinking of something new, Daddy Andre is a producer but also a musician with his studio located in his bedroom though apparently troubled over sexual assault.
