In similar news previously reported by NEWSLEXPOINT.com, residents in Yumbe have decried the lack of a source of clean water at Yumbe Health Centre IV. According to the patients and their carers at the facility, they pay shs500 daily for borehole water meant for the community.

They even alleged that at times, they find the borehole locked when they come to fetch the water. Apparently, the hygiene and sanitation at the health centre IV are alarming due to the lack of water to wash away the dirt.
