Ugandan singers Defy Presidential Guidelines As They Stage Massive Christmas Concert

A section of Ugandan artistes and events promoters defied the COVID 19 Presidential guidelines of no concerts as they staged a massive Christmas concert. Events promoter Abbey Musinguzi of Abitex Promotions organized the concert in Mutukula. Mutukula which lies between Uganda and Tanzania is almost a no man’s land and Uganda has no jurisdiction there.
