The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) revealed that two UCE candidates delivered babies shortly before exams. Apparently, this happened before the physics and chemistry exams on Monday and Tuesday respectively. The UNEB principal communications officer, Ms Jenipher Kalule said one of the students hails from Kabale district. She apparently delivered a healthy baby boy about an hour before her exam. ...
