Wizkid Becomes First Nigerian Artiste To Be Nominated In NAAP Image Awards

Celebrated Nigerian and Africa’s number one Star Boy Wizkid is ranked among the lucky artistes with mega achievements. The singer whose real names are Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, is a professional musician and songwriter, and has won several accolades ever since he joined the music industry years ago.

On YouTube besides his fellow competitor Davido, he’s also ranked the most viewed music projects in Nigeria and Africa at large. This ain’t the first time he’s achieving such honors but because of the love, support from fans and good management, Wizkid is indeed a huge brand.

To highlight you more, the NAACP Image Award is an annual awards event held by the U.S.-based National Association for the Advancement of Colored People that honor outstanding performances in film, television, music, and literature.

Therefore, such honor only deserves artistes who are very vibrant in the music game and World at large. In Uganda so far, no one has smelt the taste of this award.
