Aziz Azion Thankful For The Current Popularity Of Live Band Music

Singer and song writer Aziz Azion is very thankful for the current popularity of live band music in Uganda. He said he never thought this moment would come because live music endures.

In Uganda, there has been a type of performances where artistes go on stage and their recorded songs play as they are performing.

However, that is changing with time as so most artistes at the moment prefer to sing live. According to Aziz Azion, he has played instruments for more than 15 years.

He has been performing live music throughout his career He is thrilled at the moment that different artistes are following his path and giving value to band music.

Band musicians have been ranked so low in Uganda. They are not even rated among fellow musicians who perform their recorded music.

The singer has revealed that it is even a shame that some fans can sing some artiste’s songs live better than the owners.

“I’ve played musical instruments for 15 years and I’m thrilled that live bands are popular now. The truth is, live music endures. Fans often sing artists’ songs better than the artists themselves, thanks to live bands,” he said.

It should be noted that during the Sheebah and Cindy battle, Sheebah was embarrassed by her voice. This is because she couldn’t sing live music on the band.

However, she is considered as one of the biggest female musicians in Uganda at the moment.
