Burna Boy Signs A Music Publishing Deal With Universal Music

Nigerian music artiste in Afro-fusion, Ogulu Damini commonly known as Burna Boy has signed a music publishing deal with the world’s leading music company known as Universal Music Group, USA.

The deal comes during Burna Boy’s lovely album known as ‘’OluwaBurna’’ which received lots of reviews from fans ever since it was released in January under a recording company called Atlantic Records.

The deal will give him an opportunity to manage his songs just to make sure he’s given all the agreed payment as he’s designated to.

According to the statement, the deal will also issue licenses for Burna Boy’s efforts. Ofcourse this is in addition to managerial duties, misuse of copyrights, tracking and gathering of monies made from misuse of the copyrights.
