This chemical peels off the upper skin layer that is responsible for the skin on a human being and then it turns the color from black to white.

According to the laboratory that discovered the chemical it said that over oxytane & benzodiazepine it said that over 254 people have used the chemical and the Russian government is willing to pay the money that the laboratory has used so far in this project.
