The lord mayor of Kampala city Elias Lukwago has attacked the vice president Edward sekandi saying he’s good at attending Funerals.
The mayor posted on his social media page saying that he’s very disappointed at the vice president of Uganda. He said that it’s so sad that Sam Kutesa, the minister for Foreign Affairs is the one who signed the African Free Trade Treaty in Kigali, Rwanda on behalf of Uganda and not Ssekandi.
The foreign minister sam Kuteesa attended the convention after the head of state president Museveni cancelled his trip to Kigali Rwanda.
He posted: “I don’t Know when we shall ever see VP Sekandi represent Uganda at such a high level events other than reading condolence messages at burials.”
Despite lukwago’s argument, he was attacked by some people claiming its not mandatory for international treaties to be signed by Vice president but also a foreign minister is legible.
