Should A Girl Child Only Leave Her Parent’s home After Marriage?

The girl child has always been treated so delicately from the boy child. So many organizations have been put up to take care of females saying they are vulnerable. This has even crossed to family, it’s so hard to let girls go out of home save for marriage. Is marriage the only reason a girl should leave her parents’ home? Why does the world see it as a big deal anyway?

Clearly, for the boys, it’s automatic, even when they are still at college, they can leave home. Apparently to go and develop themselves as men. However, most times when a girl child moves out of home, the world judges her. Most people grade her as a runaway child who has gone to get wild in the world. No one ever wants to think she has gone to make herself better, chase her dreams.

A few questions to consider.

Is it that bad for the girl child to leave home before marriage?

Is there any other valid reason that could actually make the girl leave home?

Isn’t she allowed to move out and develop herself as well?

Isn’t she allowed to chase after her career?

Why should everything about her be revolved around marriage?

Who even said moving out of home is opening doors to destruction?

So on a personal basis, one can actually get their home after campus. Let’s throw out the barbaric kind of thoughts. Right now even the men don’t want to marry a woman that can’t put anything on the table. Believe it or not getting your own place teaches you life, surviving, thriving, and achieving.

Just as the boy child, the girl child needs to fend for her future as well. Marriage is not everything.
