US Records Over 20,000 Covid-19 Cases On Sunday

United States of America has reported a total number of 20,634 new covid-19 cases on Sunday alone and 633 deaths, according to the score of Johns Hopkins University.

The numbers include cases from fifty states, Washington DC and other United States regions, as well as returned cases.

The new positive cases puts the country’s total number at 1,643,246 cases, with 346,000 recoveries and 98,129 people died of covid-19 complications.

The deadly virus continues to spread within the United States, as most of the states partly eases the pandemic lockdown and reopening the economies, thousands of new cases are being discovered every single day.

The newly reported cases have been identified in the past 14 days in several states including North Carolina, Tennessee, Winscosin, Alabama, South Carolina, Nevada etc.

This came after the US suspended entry for anybody who has been in Brazil in the past fourteen days, as the total number of infections in the South American country increase.
