Zuena Kirema Persistently Persuades Fans To Do Gymnasium

The events cake organizer and boss, Zuena Kirema urges everyone to take serious note about doing exercises and gymnastics because it’s one of the best health precautions a person needs to live a better life. Besides health-wise, it also makes the body flexible and energetic.

However, the wife to Bebe Cool and mum of five kids, Zuena Kirema used her official Instagram page and posted yesterday the 8th of October. Not only captioning while urging fans to mind about making exercises, she also shared a photo of Iman, her youngest daughter while enjoying her feet, of which she turned the ball to her followers, asking them whether they can do the same thing like her daughter.

Children are surely a blessing,so Eman decided to show off her flexibility this Sunday & you can imagine the strories from the siblings.

Mum was i able to suck my toes too? Mum can you try to do that? So i told them if they keep exercising,they’ll surely be able to be that fit.

Same applies to all of us,exercises do keep us flexible but most of all fit and healthy & is very important to one’s life.

Start now,it’s never too late.” Zuena Kirema posted.

It’s so good and healthy to do exercises especially in the early morning hours.
