Sipapa Evicted For Failing To Pay Rent

Sipapa alias Charles olim is a known city socialite who recently opened up on competition with Bryan White in spending cash.

The city tycoon was recently seen throwing hard cash to the people of Masaka and moving around with two lorry vehicles loaded with cash.

You definitely can’t imagine how a person who’s capable of throwing cash to people can actually be evicted for failing to pay rent.

One of Sipapa’s bar based in Mutungo called Sweet Nite Club was actually closed because he had not paid its rent of over four months.

According to reports, Oilm only bragged that he has money when he was asked to clear up his rent. The bragging that the Landlord didn’t like at all thus leading to the bar’s closure.
