A Pass Not Interested In AgaNaga’s Musical Battle

In January, singer Sadat Mukiibi commonly known as Kalifah AgaNaga challenged A Pass to musical battle in an effort to prove who is better. In Uganda’s music industry, there is always a debate about who is better than the other. Most artists consider themselves to be better hence asking for battles.

Before, battles used to work for artists. They made the likes of Bobi Wine, Jose Chameleone, Bebe Cool, Radio and Weasel. These days, however, artists fear battles because it is no longer about talent, it’s more of business.

Although artists like AgaNaga still believe in battles, fellow musicians who would battle are not interested at all.

Ever since he asked for a battle, he has just received a response from A Pass who was even trashing the request. A Pass, declined AgaNaga’s request as he insisted that it is not necessary since the latter thinks he is better than him.

The talented singer said he knows how much his music means to him. He usually does it for his fans to enjoy not to battle with anyone.

According to A Pass, for once let Khalifa AgaNaga feel so superior that he is better than him but in an actual sense, he knows who is better than the other.

“I am not ready to battle Khalifa AgaNaga I know he is better than me. I know he knows the truth deep down although I want him to feel superior in the meantime. My music is for my fans not for battling. I usually put in so much time in that I want people who like it to enjoy it,” he said.
