Anselm Was Protesting For Justice At Harvard University-Besigye Defends Son

Besigye’s son Anslem recently led a protest at one of the prestigious universities in the world Harvard University in USA.

It was reported that the 21-year old was protesting against the police brutality that it used towards a black student at the university.

Anslem said that he blamed the administration of  Harvard for it had become more obvious to him that there was a systematic failure at the university to secure the lives of a black people at his campus.

As they say Like Father Like son, Anslem’s father Besigye who is leader of opposition in Uganda is demotic for protesting against injustices in Uganda.

Anslem was only fighting for Justice,” Besigye on defending his son’s actions.

Besigye said: “There is nothing wrong he did. He was only standing for what is right and fighting for the rights of one who was being oppressed. As you understand, there was a black student who was being oppressed.
