Artistes Roast Butcherman For Battering Rocky Giant

Several artistes have come out to condemn Butcher Man for beating up respected lugaflow artiste Rocky Giant. A video surfaced and in it the presidential adviser and his friends had Rocky Giant helplessly cornered.

In the video, Butcher Man could clearly be heard asking the artiste why he calls himself the ghetto president. While asking these questions, they beat him up while pouring on him water.

Many artistes including the NUP presidential flag bearer Robert Kyagulanyi condemned the acts of butcher Man. They said it is even worse coming from a fellow artiste.

‘’I saw this and felt so sad. Every right thinking Ugandan should condemn this impunity. If we had a functioning justice system, by now the people who appear in this video torturing Rapper #RockyGiant would all be under arrest prosecution,’’ Bobi Wine posted.

Self-proclaimed Queen Sheebah also posted about the incident saying that is no way to treat a fellow artiste. She further posted hoping Rocky Giant is okay. Other artistes like Spice Diana, Victor Kamenyo, Vampino, Big Eye and many others also posted.

Lydia Jazmine also furiously posted saying no one is above the law. “That act is so wrong in all ways and the police should take immediate action,” she added.

Several artistes and people have come out pledging aid to see the artiste get back on his feet. There are allegations, however, that Rocky Giant is spending all his time getting wasted with drugs.

Bebe Cool too had this to say

“I personally condemn Butcherman’s act of embarrassing a fellow musician Rocky giant at his lowest point in life on baseless issues. I want to draw Ugandans from the pretense of feeling sorry for Rocky Giant.

The truth is you are all addressing a minor outcome of misuse of drugs as for now. The bigger problems are yet to surface. The issue as I follow this case carefully is, one is a customer of the other and the business is drugs/enjaga.

I have always spoken loud and clear against musicians misusing drugs. Sometimes I mention names with an intention of drawing their fans, families and friends to join me and focus on helping their own to stop drug abuse. This has been all in vain.

Let’s all agree to deal with the root course of the problem rather than the outcome to save the lives of our artists and young people.

As for Rocky Giant, others will offer you songs, videos and clothing but for me I offer 3 months payment to a rehab. If you enroll in one as soon as possible because once you handle the core problem of the drugs, the rest will fall in place.

Bobi Wine concluded his post rhetorically asking what poor Rocky will do when the crime was committed by a ‘presidential advisor’.
