Bebe Cool Speaks About His Urge To Keep Releasing Music

Singer and Gagamel boss Moses Ssali famously known as Bebe Cool has spoken about his urge to keep releasing music. He said that he doesn’t have anything to prove to anyone, he just does music purely out of love and setting the bar high.

Mr. Cool has been in the music industry for over twenty years. Most of the musicians that started with him have joined other professions. However, a few others like Jose Chameleone are still actively releasing music.

According to the singer, things keep changing when new technology is introduced. Although he has nothing to prove, he has to challenge himself and push boundaries with the new sound.

In his new upcoming album, he is set to release the first song on it. He also expects young musicians to learn from it. It is also going to be his first single released this year 2024.

“I got absolutely nothing to prove, not politically, not culturally, not financially, am doing this purely out of love. I have challenged myself to push boundaries with a new sound and professionalism that sets the bar where it should be,” he said.

It should be noted that the Ugandan music industry is very competitive. The young and old musicians are all about making money and being the best in the game.

Bebe Cool being one of the so-called BIG THREE has not had a hit song in years. Maybe this album will bring in something exciting as far as his winding career is concerned.
