Beenie Gunter Finally Released From Abu Dhabi Prison

Beenie Gunter Reportedly Still Stuck In Abu Dhabi

Singer Beenie Gunter is reportedly still stuck in Abu Dhabi after being released from prison. It is said that he is not allowed to travel back to Uganda until his case is fully settled with the police.

Beenie got into a fight with one of the promoters who had booked him to go and perform in Abu Dhabi. It is said that some property of the venue where he was performing got destroyed hence detaining him to pay for them all. He was arrested while trying to flee to Uganda.

Some fellow celebrities contributed money for him to get out of prison, they thought he would return home upon release.

Unfortunately, that didn’t happen, after releasing him he was told not to leave Abu Dhabi until everything is settled.

According to one social media blogger, Beenie Gunter is struggling where he is because he is not working.

He is spending money on rent, food and other basic needs instead of being in Uganda concentrating on his music career.

It should be noted that on his trip to Abu Dhabi, the singer had traveled with his girlfriend. She was able to return to the country safely while Beenie was retained in Abu Dhabi up to date.

It is therefore not clear how he is surviving over there. A few people spoke about his issues, including Kenzo, Bobi Wine, Vampino among others.
