Bobi Wine Celebrates Frank Walusimbi, “Thank You For The Good Work”

NUP president, Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine has jumped on the train of those celebrating Frank Walusimbi who closed his chapter of working for media.

Bobi Wine had nothing but appreciation for the good work the veteran journalist has done since he started in 2006.

“Thank you @FrankWALUSIMBI for a job well done as a journalist and news anchor all these years. Thank you for the competence, professionalism, and always according respect to the viewers. Always warmed by your calmness, composure & fluency. Wish you the best in your next endeavors.”

Since the country got to know about the departure of Frank, social media has been filled with nothing but gratitude. You can’t scroll for 30 seconds without reading a comment about Walusimbi.

Many have said for all the time he has been in the media, no negative report has ever been published about him. For some, his composure while anchoring is what drew them to him.

“All the best to what you planning to do besides being a journalist. You’re an example to those who think they have to be in their positions for life as if they’re ruling their kingdom,” a one Andrew tweeted.

“A very calm and composed gentleman he is. Fifteen years ago, he started a journey on air and gradually mastered his craft to become a people’s darling. He made many love Luganda on #NTVAkawungeezi. It is still a mystery what Walusimbi is going to do next but time will reveal. As of now, people have nothing but gratitude for his work well done.
