The singer and Member of Parliament, Bobi Wine was so curious when the President His Excellency, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni passing an announcement that every member of parliament should receive security in any way of tightening up security to the rightful standards. Museveni said this as a way to limit up the unnecessary killings related to what happened to Kaweesi, Abiriga. and others.

Bobi Wine refused the amoured cars for MPs.

Surprisingly, unlike the other MPs who agreed with this offer, the Kyadondo East MP trashed out the chance of receiving security, and proved not to be interested at all. He insisted that if the government failed to tighten up security to its citizens such as the young kids, women, from kidnappers, then why should he receive it.

Therefore, according to Ghafla Uganda, they noted that the ‘freedom’ hit singer rejected an offer to receive the bullet proofed cars, that were offered to him.
