Singer Jose Chameleone is just a few hours away from the much-anticipated “Hit AfterHit” concert that he dedicates to AK 47 slated for today at Cricket Oval, Lugogo.

On Thursday morning, he visited his ancestral home in Mityana to pay some respect to his late young brother and former singer, Emmanuel Mayanja a.k.a AK 47.
In a chilly mood, he prayed and dug around the grave of late. Chameleone said that AK 47 played a big role towards him becoming a legend.
While under Jose Chameleone’s Leone Island, AK rose to fame with the dancehall hit ”Champion”. Chameleone is said to have dedicated the show to AK before he admitted how he still misses him.
Late AK 47 had several collaborations with his elder brother like “Movie Star” ft Atlas Da African, “Bayuda remix”, “Big Up”, “Kaleeba” among others.
AK 47 later joined Team No Sleep.He was pronounced dead on March 16, at Nsambya hospital in Kampala at the age of 25 years.
Reports reveal that before his death; AK 47 was at Dejavu a popular nightspot in Kabalagala with friends before he allegedly slipped and hurt himself in a washroom. However, the cause of his death largely remains a mystery. He is survived by two children; twins.
