Cindy Anxious About Her Upcoming Battle With Sheebah

Dancehall singer Cindy Sanyu has revealed that she is anxious about her upcoming battle with fellow singer Sheebah Karungi. The battle is set to take place on the 15th of September 2023 at Lugogo airstrip grounds.

It is sponsored by Victoria University which has Sheebah as its ambassador.

Cindy and Sheebah have been wanting to battle each other for so long. But Sheebah’s former Team No Sleep (TNS) management couldn’t allow her. Now that she left the TNS camp, she is ready and open for a music battle that fans have been waiting for.

Sheebah has been consistent in releasing music. She has very many hit songs to her name. Cindy Sanyu also has quite a number of songs, However, she has been concentrating on her family of late.

She last released a song about two years ago. Her strength in the battle is in live performances because she has very good vocals unlike Sheebah.

The Boom Party singer has been bragging about being more talented and knowing how to sing live than most of the female musicians. She said the only person she fears is Rema Namakula.

Now that the battle is officially confirmed, she has said her anxiety level has increased. She said she doesn’t like being compared to any artiste.

“I don’t like being compared. I know I am better than most of them when it comes to singing and performing,” she said.
