Comedian Patrick Salvado in a now deleted tweet called KFM presenter Faiza Fabs a professional escort. The two exchanged different opinions on X about the approach those protesting corruption should use.
The comedian was calling for people not to protest and seemed against the march to Parliament. This is because he believes it will be hijacked by opportunists and it might turn violent.
However, Faiza called him out and roasted him for failing to side with the masses at a time when they need people of influence.
Salvado was quick to fire back saying that he’s suffered and hustled to get to where he is. He said that he’s not like Faiza whose body and looks have taken her across the globe.
“Unlike you, I have seen suffering and worked my way to the top. Whatever I have achieved and wherever I have traveled, it’s been a result of my sweat. I’m not like you whose body and looks have taken you wherever you have gone,” he tweeted.
This did not seem to sit down with different social media users who took to blasting the comedian. However, Salvado defended himself saying that he knows the radio presenter very well and whatever she does.
In response, the KFM presenter said “This prostitute, midfielder etc jazz is now tired. Trashing people’s efforts by calling them all sorts of things will not give us a better country. If you can’t defend your country and your children who will suffer in the future, SHUT UP!.”
For now, let’s wait to see how the planned protests turn out as the security has already beefed up in different parts of the country to thwart any processions.
