Daddy Andre Calls Out Upcoming Artistes, Tells Them To Respect Media Personalities

Singer, songwriter, and music producer Ojambo Andrew famously known as Daddy Andre has called out upcoming artistes. He has asked them to respect media personalities if they want to stay in the game for some time.

Daddy Andre made this statement following the incident at Geosteady’s concert. Alien Skin’s guys carried MC Kats off the stage.

Alien Skin and MC Kats have their own personal issues but now they are dragging them to people’s businesses and making the scenes look violent.

MC Kats reported Alien Skin to police but nothing has been done like an arrest or something. Some fans on social media applauded Alien Skin for doing what he did while others called him out saying he wasn’t supposed to do anything.

Daddy Andre has now joined those who condemned the violence meted out at the MCee. He said Uganda’s music industry is still behind and for one to benefit from it, they have to work hand in hand with the media.

According to him, the media is capable of putting down a musician and ending their music career. This is because, without them, their music can’t get attention.

“I don’t like seeing young musicians fighting with media personalities. The Ugandan music industry is still behind and there is no way an artiste can earn without the media. These musicians need to be very careful,” he said.
