David Lutalo Speaks About Male Artistes Who Sexually Harass Female Artistes

Singer David Lutalo has spoken about the ongoing talks and claims about male musicians who ask females especially those in the music industry for sexual favours.

He said it is not right and as a person, he will never do that unless a female artist decides by herself to give him somethting.

These sexual harassment accusations started way back, in 2019 when three upcoming female artists accused singer Daddy Andre. Apparently, he was asking them for sexual pleasure.

They said he used to have a bed in his studios where he would lure females he was working with. No legal action was taken about it and the accusations slowly faded away leaving the ladies looking like they are the biggest liars.

Days ago, social media was taken awash when another upcoming artist known as Sencere said that she had encountered some issues.

She said legendary singer Jose Chameleone almost raped her and when she escaped, he was so angry at her. Sencere claimed that the singer has been threatening to end her life and has even physically assaulted her.

According to David Lutalo, it is not right for male musicians to treat ladies this way. He said, personally, he wouldn’t do anything unless they both agree.

“Unless the female artiste voluntarily chooses to sort me out,” the singer said.

It should be noted that a number of artists have been accused of sexual harassment. From the local scene to the international scene, sexual harassment accusations have been flying around for years.

This has seen some male entertainers go behind bars. The likes of R. Kelly and Harvey Weinstein have all seen the cold walls of jail. Weinstein even committed suicide in jail. As for Kelly, he is still there.
