Former Miss Uganda Dorah Mwima Apologizes Over Zari, Fabiola Sager

The celebrated former Miss Uganda 2008 Dorah Mwima has advised the new Miss Uganda Oliver Nakakande to do whatever she can to reunite the two socialites Zari Hassan and Anita Fabiola.

Don’t forget that the Miss Uganda crown was awarded last Friday at Sheraton Kampala Hotel. Among hosts included the South African based Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan and TV personality Anita Fabiola. Following their past grudges, the two quarried with each-other on stage while awarding the winner.

According to the former beauty pageant contestant Dorah Mwima, she appreciated Nakakande upon reaching her lifetime achievement besides her fellow women falling apart.

This is what Dorah Mwina posted on Social media.

“Oliver Nakakande, I just wanted to congratulate you and wish you a successful reign ahead. It’s unfortunate that you had to kick start your reign by witnessing fellow women tearing each other down. Well, I don’t know what your “beauty with a purpose” project might be, but I believe you already got a project right there: Show us how to deal with our insecurities! Show us how to rise above our differences! Show us how to deal with the grudges that we have against each other! Show us that together we can achieve more and we are nothing without each other! Show us that we gain nothing by being each others worst enemies! Show us how we can support, encourage and empower each other! Show us how a “Queen fixes another woman’s crown” So many young women, including myself will be looking up to you during your reign and the years to come. Be that Queen!,” Stated Dorah Mwima said.
