Eddirisa Musuuza Kenzo alias Eddy Kenzo was born in Masaka, a town in the central region of Uganda. He lost his mother at age five years, after which he lived a street life for 13 years. After high school, he adopted the stage name Eddy Kenzo and began writing music. In 2008, he was featured in the popular song Yanimba by Mike Wine. His breakthrough 2010 song was Stamina, that went so viral to very many Ugandans at large. He then dropped an album, Ogenda Kunzisa in 2012, and after a year later, he released Kamunguluze.

The big star Eddy Kenzo won the Nicklelodeon kids choice award to Uganda.
The “Jubilation” hit maker was on tension and and not settled until he was announced as a winner this last Sunday evening, miscounting big stars on the continent like Cassper Nyovest and Semenya, Nigeria’s Davido and Emmanuella and TZ’s Diamond Platinumz.
However, Eddy Kenzo,who is in Netherlands per now is set to join London from there, couldn’t hide his joy and excited as he took it to his Facebook page and posted a video clip celebrating with his fans, singing and chanting how God has been nice to him.
Let’s embrance the music icon, Eddy Kenzo for lifting up the Ugandan Flag.
