In Uganda, a few artists do albums. Most of them say it is expensive and others say it doesn’t bring in the money like in other countries. Singer A Pass is one of the few artists who did an album of 45 songs.
None of the songs on the album went viral or even had so many views on YouTube and other platforms. He was called out by some artists as a failed artists because the album he did couldn’t get anywhere.
According to Feffe Bussi, when he saw how A Pass and Zex Bilangilangi struggled with their albums, he didn’t find a need to do more songs on his.
“I observed my brothers Zex Bilangilangi and A Pass releasing albums with over 30 songs and the feedback they received. Many people were not comfortable listening to such a large number of tracks, which taught me valuable lessons. As a result, I decided to keep my album to 15 songs,” he said.
It should be noted that in other countries, the more songs on the album, the more the successful career and money.
