Fred Nyanzi Refuses To Travel Abroad For Honeymoon

City politician Fred Nyanzi has refused to travel abroad for a honeymoon with his wife Marjorie. He said he can have a honeymoon anywhere, it doesn’t require him to first move abroad to enjoy some time with the love of his life.

Chairman Nyanzi wed his longtime partner over the weekend after 23 years of cohabiting. He said he was very lucky to have a patient and understanding partner.

With the money he has now, Ugandans thought he is going to have a lavish honeymoon like traveling abroad.

According to Fred Nyanzi, people should understand that happiness is not about having expensive outings and trips with their partners. He also said after 23 years, he and his wife would just want to be home surrounded by family and friends.

He said if they were to have a trip, it would not be a honeymoon but a family trip. This is because he would be able to take his wife and children with him everywhere he wants to go.

“You can enjoy your honeymoon anywhere, there’s no need to travel abroad. I and my wife are very happy with our friends and family members at our home. It is not about me and her only but the family we created,” he said.

It should be noted that this wedding attracted a number of celebrities and political leaders. Bobi Wine being the younger brother of the groom is a popular figure in the country and beyond. Additionally, with him comes a long list of other famous people.
