Eddy Kenzo, real name Edrisa Musuuza, started his music career with nothing as he had no family, no relatives or where to stay.
He started off from the streets but wanted to take on his talent to the next level. He was so lucky that he didn’t take long to break through to the music industry after so much hustle.
The talented singer didn’t only break through in the Ugandan industry but after releasing his ‘sitya loss’ song, he went international and also won the BET Award.
Recently, Eddy Kenzo broke the record as he became the first Ugandan musician to be nominated in the biggest world musical Awards, the Grammy Awards.
It is not common in Uganda to find artistes praising fellow artistes, especially those in the same league of celebrity life. But for Geosteady, he looks not to lose anything by giving a fellow artiste like Eddy Kenzo his respect.
According to Geosteady, Kenzo is his greatest living inspiration from the day he started his music career. He added that he is also a true leader, a hard worker, and has a Vision of open-minded and creative Ugandan artistes.
“If you didn’t know, @eddykenzoficial is my greatest living inspiration from Day one ☝🏽. He’s a true leader, teacher, hard worker. He has a vision, open-minded, creative, and exemplary to all artists of the Ugandan music generations,” Geosteady revealed.
