I Got Healed But I Hated So Many People – Catherine Kusasira On Her Surgery

Struggling singer Catherine Kusasira has spoken about her healing journey before and after the heart surgery. She said she thanks God that she got healed but unfortunately, she lost so many friendships during the process because of the way she was treated.

Kusasira went for surgery in the United States of America (USA) but started complaining as soon as she reached. She struggled with the finances asking different people to help her out.

She even cried to the government and President Museveni whom she works for to at least give her money to cover the medical bills.

It is not clear if the government helped her but in her interview, she was certain that her friends abandoned her. The singer said she struggled with her husband to cover all the bills and ensure she was completely fine.

According to her, she learnt so much during the process in that she promised not to help people like she used to do. She also said that it would be hard for her to trust people ever again.

“Thank God I am very fine but I learnt my lessons. I lost so many friendships but it was necessary because not everyone we hang around with wants us to do better. Me and my husband know what we went through,” she said.
