Struggling singer Leila Kayondo has threatened to marry herself in case men delay doing so. Leila has been in various public relationships which haven’t worked out.

The most public one was with city businessman tycoon SK Mbuga. The two were said to have been dating but Leila denied it. She said they are only family friends who are always supporting each other.

When SK Mbuga got married, she wasn’t happy about it. She started complaining and also distanced herself from him.

Last year, she tried to expose SK Mbuga who had come back to her. He was going to her apartment and even sending her money yet he is still married.

At the moment, the singer said she is in a stable relationship although she hasn’t been married off officially.

According to the singer, she thinks she has been in relationships for long enough. She now wants to be married legally and start a family on her own.

In an interview with one local television, she said if men fail to marry her, she is going to marry herself. That is a common thing these days, many women fund their marriage ceremonies in fear of bringing shame to their families.

“If men delay, I’ll marry myself l think I have been in relationships for so long and I am ready for the next step,” – she said.

Leila said she is already a mother because her current boyfriend has children from his previous relationship and she is busy looking after them.
