Apparently, the innovators say their innovation of a motorbike that runs on water will go a long way in curbing the fuel problem.
Mr. Joseph Nkaheza, an innovator and director of Nkaheza Technologies spoke to reporters recently. He said his first creation of a steam motorbike also aimed at solving transportation challenges.
He also said on the part of the aircraft and low consumption car he innovated that these will go a long way in solving some transportation challenges.
However, he said this will only be possible if the government steps in to give a helping hand.
“I want to thank the ministry of science and technology for giving us a chance to showcase at Kololo during the science week. If we have this chopper cheaply for everyone to afford, it can help us to get the most of our country. Such innovations will spur development in our economy,” he said.
Reports also show that the team has unique technologies. This has made Uganda the first African country to produce steam engine-based motorbikes.
And now, the Nkaheza team is trying to harmonize on how best they can come up with the best products to export to the world.
