Am Not Connected To Any Political Party – Jose Chameleone Denies

Uganda’s legendary musician and upcoming contestant of Kawempe Member of Parliament, Joseph Mayanja commonly known as Jose Chameleone, recently proposed to join politics in 2021.

Many people believe that the “Wale Wale” musician wants to come out to defend himself on speculations that he is linked to several political parties.

Many people believe that Chameleone belongs to People power, a political pressure group led by Bobi Wine. Though many people urge that he belongs to NRM party, Jose trashed being under any political party. This simply means he will be coming as independent candidate.

 “I intend to come on an independent ticket. I do not belong to any political party and I don’t hold any party card,” Jose Chameleone stated.

Therefore it was on Saturday when the Leone Island boss and most loved legend visited his roots at Kawempe and managed to engage in voluntary work with the residents.
