Jose Chameleone Refers To Himself As International Ghetto Youth

Legendary singer Joseph Mayanja also known as Jose Chameleone has referred to himself as an international ghetto youth. He said people usually forget that he grew up and even started his music career in the ghetto. this is just because he is a successful musician.

Chameleone has been in the music industry for more than 20 years and throughout his career, he has been on top of game. He has performed both locally and internationally.

He is at the stage where he does music when he wants. This is because all his old songs still sounds better than some of the new music being released.

According to him, at the beginning of his career, he struggled so much. He said he doesn’t think that the young musicians have struggled to become famous like they struggled.

The talented singer said he is the real ghetto youth although the young musicians look at him as someone who grew up from a rich family.

“I hear people calling themselves Ghetto youth , I’m also an international Ghetto youth. The young musicians don’t know how I struggled. How I slept hungry and the way I walked from place to place in and out of the country,” he said.

It should be remembered that the singer is better than all the musicians Chameleone started his career with. Most of them have quit music to do other jobs but he is still doing music as his only job.
