This followed Emeka quoting a romantic tweet from a Twitter user saying that he took his wife to Santorini for a ‘bae-cation.’
Emeka also asked his fiancee who he recently proposed to where she would like to go.
“Hey babe @MacklineAsiimi1 where do you want to go?”
This saw Njala drown in the comment section of Emeka’s tweet. He questioned the comedian if he wants to take another loan to simply please a woman.
“Are you taking another loan to please a woman? Bro, come and see me.”
Whether Njala was trying to be sarcastic, Emeka’s followers didn’t seem to give him the benefit of the doubt. Some reminded him how he also took a loan during the 2016 elections only to get 6 votes in a Parliamentary vote.
“Just like you took a loan to fund your political campaigns and still managed 6 Votes in a whole Constituency, everyone has a right.”
Emeka himself decided to continue Njala’s seeming banter and reminded him how he doesn’t take loans. Besides Emeka also said that he doesn’t get benched for two sticks of pork like Njala.
This was in line with another comedian Salvado’s revelation of how he regretted buying two sticks of pork for the journalist. This was after Simon Kaggwa Njala seemed to criticize the burial ground of the late speaker Hon Jacob Oulanyah.
Most Twitter users are currently not happy with the way NBS journalists behave through their social media platforms.
