JUST IN: Kato Lubwama Confirmed Dead

Controversial comic former Rubaga South Member of Parliament Hon. Kato Lubwama is dead. The news of his death was posted on social media by musician Mesach Semakula saying he has nothing to say but the comedian is no more. 

Other media houses have confirmed it as well on their social media platforms.

This comedian has been battling some diseases for some time. Last year, he got severely ill that he had to be rushed outside Uganda for further treatment. He returned and consequently recovered.

Recently, he has been very fine doing his work and even shooting content for television series.

The cause of his death hasn’t been revealed although it is rumored to be a heart attack. Kato Lubwama’s death was abrupt because yesterday he seemed fine as he did different interviews about the ongoing feud between Pallaso and Alien Skin.

At the moment, different people are mourning his death on social media. The comedian has been very vibrant in the entertainment industry.

He would  weigh in on every situation. He has supported different people and has also been organizing his own show in the coming months.

Unfortunately he is not going to be around to continue with his concert that was set to premier one of comedy movie.

It should be noted that Uganda’s entertainment industry has lost another big personality. Kato Lubwama has been in the industry for more than 20 years and has mentored a number of other comedians.
