The grade one magistrate Noah Sajjabi of Nakawa court yesterday threatened to dismiss the case against kaweesi’s murder suspects.

The suspects include; Ahmed Shaban Ssenfuka, Umar Maganda, Sheikh Musa Ntende, Hassan Tumusiime, Ibrahim Kissa, Hamid Magambo, Abdul-Majid Ojerere, Sauda Ayub, Osman Muhammed Omar, Asuman Mugoya, Ibrahim Ssemwanga and Swaleh Ddamulira.
Sajjabi tasked the gov’t to re-organize its case and portray a file against the suspects.
The prosecution requested for more time while appearing in Court yesterday claiming that investigations in Kaweesi’s killing are ongoing.
However, the magistrate threatened the prosecutors that the case could be dismissed if the state is not capable to present a file against the suspects.
The case will be heard on June 7th and this is when Sajjabi will pass his rule whether he will dismiss the case or let it proceed.
