Kenzo Named Best Male Artiste In East, South And North Africa

Ugandan singer Eddy Kenzo has continued to fill his trophy case after bagging Best Male Artiste in East, South, and North Africa award. He received the award at the 2021 AEAUSA Awards.

The 7th edition of the annual African Entertainment Awards USA took place on December 26th, 2021. They were hosted by Nancy E. Isime and Idris Sultan, and they happened virtually on the AEAUSA YouTube channel.

The AEAUSA awards have honored Africans’ excellence since 2015. This year, however, they announced different winners in their respective categories through social media.

Big Talent Entertainment singer Eddy Kenzo emerged as the best male artiste according to the awarding committee. He beat competition from the likes of Rayvanny, Harmonize, Ali Kiba, Small X, Jah Prayzah, Nordo, Forcalistic, among others to bag the accolade.

Other Ugandan artistes that also got nominations in other categories include Spice Diana, B2C Entertainment, Douglas Lwanga, and Beenie Gunter.

Spice Diana also won best female artiste and joined Kenzo in the league of Ugandan artistes who walked away with the award. Congrats to them.

Meanwhile, In similar new, Deus Ndugwa aka Grenade Official came out to name Pallaso as his artiste of the year. The Nkuloga singer said that Pallaso and Fik Fameica have nailed the year for him.

Grenade also thanked his fans who have supported him throughout the year despite having only two songs. He also talked about the split of Sheebah and Team No Sleep.
