Lwasa Is Now A Beggar – Jenkins Mukasa Reveals

Media personality and entertainment critic Jenkins Mukasa has come out to comment on Masaka former tycoon Lwasa Emmanuel’s controversies.

He said the self proclaimed tycoon is now a beggar relying on handouts from friends in order to get out of prison.

Lwasa was arrested early this week. A video of him getting into a prison bus was shared on social media. Allegations also have it that the reason for his arrest is a debt of UGX18 Millions.

He had apparently failed to pay in time. It is not clear who exactly is demanding him that money but what is clear is that he was actually arrested. Now two nights in prison without any updates in the Media.

According to Jenkins Mukasa, Lwasa is now among Ugandans struggling financially. He said he is begging from people these days. Even the money to get him out of prison is nowhere to be seen.

The outspoken entertainment critic said Lwasa’s friends are trying so hard to collect all the money needed.

“From a tycoon to a beggar. Businessman Lwasa now relies on handouts from friends and well-wishers to be released from prison,” he said.

As a man who claims to be rich, UGX18 Millions wouldn’t have been a problem to him. Lwasa would have paid this money and wouldn’t have even slept behind bars.

It should be noted that Lwasa has always said that he has so much property and with all the money he has, he can marry any woman of his choice.
