Capital FM in partnership with Club Pilsener held a tour concert to celebrate 30 years of the successful radio station. Over the weekend, all roads led to the east for the Capital FM Tour at Mbale SS after exciting activations prior to the show.
The station’s team arrived in Mbale before Saturday to prepare and get the stage set up for performances.
Revealers turned up early and in great numbers for the much-anticipated event. Performances started with Capital FM presenters working the crowds before comedians, emcees and deejays set the pace.
Musicians including Fik Fameica, Maddox, Cindy Sanyu, Winnie Nwagi, Bebe Cool, among many others performed. They gave the best of their performances through the night to the wee hours of Sunday morning.
The Nile Breweries’ Brand Manager Club and Premiums, Joel Galla said these Capital FM National tours help the brand. This is especially to reach out and celebrate with their consumers.
“Tours such as these provide unique opportunities for us as a Brand. Especially to reach out to and celebrate with our consumers. It is in our DNA as Club Pilsner to enable our consumers unleash their inner self and this tour will help us reach out to those in Mbale city with the same vibe,” Joel Galla said.
He added that recalling the great times they had in Fort Portal and Mbarara and that Mbale has proved that they are growing bigger.
The tours, according to Capital FM officials will also deliver a one-of-a-kind experience to Capital FM’s loyal fans and presenters in different towns, regions and cities around the country.
