Immediately on his return from Nairobi, Museveni and David had to discuss how they can involve themselves in supporting South Sudan. The two leaders had serious negotiations and later managed to come up with a final discussion though it’s not yet uttered out.
While happening on social media, President Museveni posted while raising remarks about their important discussion.
“On return from Nairobi this afternoon, the Vice President of South Africa H.E David Mabuza and I met and held discussions in regard to South Africa’s involvement in supporting the South Sudan peace process. This follows the recent extension of 100 days that was agreed upon last week in Entebbe. Our emphasis lies in the integration of the armed factions into a national army, alongside the political will for a defined national mission.” Museveni posted.
