Naira Ali Applauds Ray G For Being Simple During His Concert

Singer Naira Ali has applauded Western Uganda singer Ray G for being simple during his concert. She said sometimes other artistes overdo it especially when it comes to fashion yet it is not even necessary. It doesn’t add anything to the concert.

Ray G had a concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval and it was his second concert in Kampala. Some artists were worried for him wondering if he would have a successful one. Surprisingly, people showed up in big numbers from all over the country and the venue was full.

In other concerts, fans are always waiting to see what an artist will put on but for Ray G, it was very different. He just put on one attire throughout the whole concert.

According to Naira Ali, Ray G has shown other artists that it is not about what someone puts on to make a statement at a concert but how someone performs.

“Now did RAY G die? He performed in one outfit, no foil paper costumes, no funny alligator shoes, no choreography. No bringing wife and family on stage, no politics. No people carrying him on stage, no crying on stage, and basically NO DRAMA. Did he die?” she said.

It should be noted that ray G’s concerts attracted a large number of people. Some social media bloggers had written the singer off, perhaps the success of this concert will prove that it’s better to wait than to speculate.
