No One Has Begged You To Join Us – NUP Supporters To Munyagwa

NUP supporters have blasted Munyagwa saying no one has begged him to join their party. This came after Munyagwa said he would have joined NUP if they were on the right track.

“If NUP was on the right track, I would join them. These parties are not religions, they are just vehicles to take us where we want to go,” Former Kawempe South Member of Parliament, Mubarak Munyagwa said.

This didn’t go well with NUP supporters who said they have not in any way begged him to join them.

“But no one begged him to join..he should concentrate on promoting his own party. Why is everyone making it seem like NUP is coercing them into joining, much less a guy like Munyagwa,” a one Mbappe said.

“We didn’t want u, we had an ability to choose fresh blood,” a one Swellah added.

NUP supporters have even accused him of kidnapping himself to chase clout.

“He’s back to where he stopped! He should not lie to the nation that he was kidnapped! Could have been money lenders who came for him. Maybe he wasn’t picking their calls, playing ping pong!” a one Brian said.

Some NUP supporters have said Munyagwa should let NUP enjoy its moment because Forum for Democratic Change had its time as well when it was its time.

“so sir you mean even FDC was also a vehicle. So during the time when it was popular, what did it do better? Coz we would have had better results, let National Unity Platform do what it can coz you did what you could.”
