Nobat Events Attributes Ray G’s Successful Concert To Himself

Events promoter Nobat Events has attributed singer Ray G’s successful concert to himself. He said if it wasn’t for him, so many people wouldn’t have shown up to support him.

Ray G had his first biggest concert in Kampala at Lugogo cricket Oval early this month. Fans showed up in very big numbers to just support him.

He had previously had issues with the events promoter who claimed that he was the promoter of the concert. He said he wasn’t happy that Ray G was telling people that he is the broker in the concert.

Nobat Events even threatened to deny him the venue of the concert because he was the one who had booked it under his real name. The two later resolved their issues and managed to make the concert a successful one without bickering.

According to the events promoter, Ray G never wanted to do any concert in Kampala. He is the one who looked for him and gave him the idea of doing a concert.

He said if he hadn’t encouraged him and even booked Lugogo cricket oval, the concert wouldn’t have been successful.

“Ray G’s concert became successful because of me although people don’t see that. It is me that gave him the idea to do a concert and I went ahead to go and book the venue. I basically told him what to do and he did that. That is the successful concert that everyone praised to be successful,” he claimed.
